Who is responsible

Rob Callery, trading as Calz88 and Calz88 Digital, is responsible for personal information you send. Contact: hello@callery.co.uk.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. This site has no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no social media tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site.

The “Email” buttons open your own email app. If you choose to send a message, I receive whatever you include, usually your name, email address and details of your enquiry.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

How your email is used

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
• If you become a client, to deliver and support the work you’ve asked for.

The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or legitimate interests in replying to messages sent to me. Your details are never sold or added to marketing lists.

How long it is kept

Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and longer only where needed for client records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how it is used. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
